• Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 30.

• Must be a current resident of the Roseland neighborhood. Valid proof of address is required upon application.

• Demonstrated interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and environmental justice.

​

• Candidates must identify as a Person of Color.

​

• Candidates must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong commitment to the long-term governance, operations, and leadership of a cooperative business.

​

• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

​

• Ability to commit to 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, for the duration of the 12-week program. This position is compensated at a rate of $13.00 per hour.

​

• Mandatory attendance is required for 10 weekend training sessions focused on cooperative business education over a 10-week period.
